Lois Johnson Learning & Child Care Center, Inc. has been educating young children in the community of Bethel Park for over five decades. Care is provided for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years.  Hours of operation are 6:30 am - 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday. 

Early Childhood Center on Brightwood Road

Lois Johnson provides a cheerful, friendly atmosphere where children are safe to learn, play and grow!  A qualified, caring staff encourages creative thinking, exploration of the environment and learning through fun activities.  Child development is nurtured in a comfortable small group setting.  Our early childhood facility has a park like play yard shaded with oak, maple, and hickory trees so children can explore, play and be outside in nature – just as children should be.  (Ages 6 weeks - kindergarten.)

Lois Johnson Extended Care Centers

Before & After School Care - Franklin, Lincoln, Memorial, & Washington School sites

Extended Care provides before & after school child care for students in kindergarten through age 12.  During the school year, care is provided from 6:30 am until school, and after school until 6:00 pm at the Franklin, Lincoln, Memorial, and Washington Elementary Schools.  Care is also provided on school closings and delays. 

Extended Care provides a Kindergarten Wrap Around program for half day kindergartners at Ben Franklin Elementary School.

Summer Camp 2017 - Washington Elementary School Site

Summer Camp begins June 19, 2017 and continues until the start of school.  Flexible scheduling and sibling discounts are offered to families.  A discount registration fee is offered for families who register early.  Summer Camp hours are Monday - Friday, 6:30 am until 6:00 pm.  For more information, please contact the Extended Care Office at (412) 835-7324 or email director@loisjohnsonchildcare.com.
